Set Dressing

Friday I spent some time in northeastern Ohio with Andy.

Finally I can share with you that announcement I had from earlier this month, and what Paper Mania was all about: I was hired to set dress a commercial shoot!

The basic idea was for me to set dress a German surprise party, so I made tons of paper decorations, found some art for the walls, purchased some balloons, streamers, and a multitude of confetti, and borrowed a few really great furniture pieces (entryway table, and a fab coat rack from my friend Sarah!)

Set up was complete in just a couple of hours Friday afternoon, and then they started shooting. It was an especially great time because it was with our good friend John's company, so it was really great to see him and hang out for a bit afterwards with his lovely wife and daughter (remember them from Boo at the Zoo?)
